Created for those who give endlessly to others yet struggle to receive, this course helps you identify the patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that keep you stuck in cycles of overgiving.

Through a blend of emotional awareness, embodied practices, nervous system regulation, and creative exploration, you’ll learn how to reconnect with your needs, trust your inner voice, and open yourself to receiving love, care, and pleasure without guilt.

This is not just about setting boundaries—it’s about reclaiming your energy, building self-trust, and cultivating true self-intimacy. As you move through the journey, you’ll shift from performing for love to being in relationship with yourself, allowing you to show up more authentically in your life, your relationships, and your expression.

By the end of the 12 weeks, you’ll have the tools, practices, and confidence to receive fully, live truthfully, and embody your unique, unapologetic self—creating deeper intimacy not only with others, but within your own body and being.
