The Embodied Receiving Journey is for those who give deeply—but struggle to let anything come back. If you find yourself over-giving, staying in control, or feeling uncomfortable when attention, touch, or care is directed towards you, this 1:1 space is designed for you. Through guided bodywork and nervous system support, you’ll learn how to soften, stay present, and safely receive touch, pleasure, and attention without bracing or pulling away. There are many ways to receive in life, but this journey focuses specifically on your ability to receive in the body so what you long for can finally land.

This is a 3 month 1:1 mentorship with Quinn. It will still involve touch, nurturing, care and devotion. A mixture of body and talk based modalities. It is delivered via both face to face and online sessions. This framework will be tailored to your own personal needs but anchored in guiding you to live from intimacy and connect deeper in your relationship to self and other.
