The Touch Portal is an intimate educational workshop exploring the art of giving and receiving nourishing, non-sexual touch in a grounded and consent-led environment. Through sharing circles, guided partnered exercises, self-pleasure meditation, and moment-to-moment facilitation from legendary educator Quinn Kush, participants are invited into a space of curiosity, softness, and embodied connection. Held in warm, sexy lighting and designed to feel both safe and expansive, the workshop centres consent as a living practice — one that applies not only within intimate spaces, but throughout our relationships, communication, and everyday lives.
At its heart, the Touch Portal is about slowing down enough to truly feel. Together we practice vulnerable connection, co-regulation, and devotional presence in our hearts and bodies. Participants are guided to release layers of shame around pleasure, become more comfortable in their bodies, and learn how to give and receive touch with clarity, care, and authenticity. The experience is both practical and deeply human — an invitation to step out of constant thinking and into a more sustainable, embodied way of relating to ourselves and others.

Sx parties can be over stimulating, dis-regulating and challenging to navigate as sx is weird for most folks. Upon scanning the scene I have found that there are lots of spaces for more high intensity, BDSM vibes but less for those who are into the more soft-core, cuddle defining, painless pleasure. Those spaces are great and we dont yuck other peoples yums, we just want to carve out a space for the tender, the soft, the nurturing.
The Touch Portal exists because many of us have been taught to disconnect from our bodies, suppress our needs, and move through intimacy carrying shame, fear, performance, or uncertainty. In a culture that is often overstimulated yet touch-starved, many people have never had the opportunity to safely learn how to communicate desire, boundaries, tenderness, or care in real time. The workshop was created to offer a space where people can slow down, reconnect to sensation, and practice intimacy in a way that is grounded, consensual, embodied, and deeply human.
It exists to remind us that touch does not have to be transactional, performative, or sexual to be profound. Through guided exercises and shared experience, participants are invited to soften protective layers, feel more at home in their bodies, and experience the healing potential of presence, co-regulation, and authentic connection. The Touch Portal is a space for learning how to relate with greater honesty and nervous system awareness cultivating skills that ripple beyond the workshop into friendships, partnerships, community, and everyday life.

The intention of Tender Core is to curate spaces for you to melt into connection outside of parties or protests. Its about learning to reclaim your inner compassion, strengthen your sense of authentic self and practice intimacy in community, not just in romantic relationships.

Tender Core is both the name of my business and a modality created by Quinn Kush. It has been birthed out of a desire to be intimately devoted to self and other in a Tender way. Generated as a softer landing into the sx scene, rather an authentic workshop style intimacy experience.
