Somatic Sex Educator Australia
Body-based intimacy education for over-giving women and queer folk — learning to feel, receive and trust pleasure again.
Book a free callPleasure is not a performance. It's information.
As a somatic sex educator working across Australia, I help people move out of their heads and back into the felt sense of their bodies. So much of what we call being "shut down" is really a nervous system that learned to brace, perform and over-give. Somatic education gently retrains that.
This is education — not therapy, not performance. Together we slow everything down so your body has the time and safety to notice what it actually wants, and to believe it's allowed to want it.
Somatic awareness
Learn to read the language of your own body — arousal, boundaries, yes, no and the soft maybe in between.
Consent & communication
Practical, embodied tools for asking, declining and negotiating touch without abandoning yourself.
Receiving practice
Rebuild your capacity to be given to — the skill most over-givers were never actually taught.
"I felt honoured and held like never before — it was an emotional and transformative experience."
This is for you if…
- You give far more than you receive, in bed and in life
- You've felt numb, disconnected or "switched off" during intimacy
- You want sex education that's queer-affirming and shame-free
- You're curious about somatic, body-based learning
- You want to feel safe in your own desire again
What does a somatic sex educator do?
A somatic sex educator teaches through the body, not just through talking. Sessions combine conversation, breathwork, mindful touch and consent practice so you can learn what pleasure, safety and desire actually feel like for you, rather than what you think they should feel like.
Who do you work with?
I work with over-giving women, alternative women and queer folk across Australia who feel disconnected from their pleasure, struggle to receive, or want sex education that is queer-affirming and free of shame.
Is somatic sex education the same as therapy?
No. This is body-based education. We focus on practical, embodied skills like noticing sensation, communicating boundaries and learning to receive.
What happens in a session?
Every session begins with a conversation about your intentions and boundaries. From there we might explore breath, awareness practices, consent games or guided touch, always at your pace and only with your yes. You might like to start with a Touch Education Session or explore how to learn to receive pleasure.
