Session 1: Online Guided Touch Session (90 minutes)
Building Your Foundation
We begin by establishing a simple yet powerful self-touch practice that you can continue between sessions.
Together you'll learn a guided somatic self-touch ritual designed to:
Strengthen your connection with your body
Regulate your nervous system during stress and overwhelm
Support reduced cortisol and deeper, more restorative sleep
Increase body awareness and self-attunement
Begin gently repatterning your nervous system through consistent, nurturing touch
You'll receive a guided video practice to continue at home between sessions.
Outcome: A practical daily regulation tool and a stronger sense of safety and connection within your own body.
Session 2: Transformational Bodywork Experience (2.5 hours)
Expanding Your Capacity to Receive
This is my signature bodywork experience.
Having established a foundation of self-connection, we now work with supported therapeutic touch to help your body experience deeper states of relaxation, trust and receiving.
This session is designed to:
Release held physical and emotional tension
Increase your capacity to safely receive nurturing touch
Expand body awareness and presence
Gently soften protective nervous system patterns
Cultivate a greater sense of openness and ease
Outcome: A deeper embodied experience of safety, relaxation and receiving that supports future intimacy and connection.
Session 3: Online Self-Pleasue Session (90 minutes)
Deepening Your Sensual Self
With greater nervous system capacity established, we build on your home practice through guided somatic and pleasure-based exploration.
Together we'll explore:
Guided pleasure meditation
Sensory awareness practices
Pleasure body scanning
Discovering your unique pleasure landscape
Exploring your body's deeper needs
Awakening greater vitality, aliveness and presence

Session 4: Touch & Intimacy Education (90 minutes)

Our final session focuses on translating your personal practice into your intimate relationships.
You'll learn practical communication tools and embodied frameworks that help create intimacy grounded in clarity, Betty Martins wheel of consent and authentic connection.
Together we'll cover:
Communicating needs and boundaries
Building emotional safety before physical intimacy
Exchanging giving and receiving touch practices
Embodied consent
A framework for creating intimate experiences that feel connected and aligned

My approach
I’ve worked with hundreds of people across coaching, breathwork, body-based facilitation, and intimacy education — including 500+ one-to-one sessions supporting people through stress, overgiving, emotional disconnection, relationship challenges, and nervous system overwhelm.
This work is especially powerful for people who are outwardly capable and high-functioning, but inwardly exhausted, dysregulated, and disconnected from themselves.
My role is not to “fix” you. It’s to help you understand what your body has been carrying, give you practical and embodied ways to work with it, and guide you back into a relationship with yourself that feels clear, grounded, and sustainable.
