Somatic Touch Session

A guided, consent-based experience designed to support nervous system regulation, safe receiving, and a deeper connection to your body.

If your body feels tired, braced, touch-hungry, overwhelmed, or stuck in overdrive, this session offers a place to slow down and be met with care.

Somatic Touch Sessions are designed for people who want more than relaxation alone. They offer a gentle, attuned space to settle the nervous system, soften protective holding patterns, and explore what genuinely helps your body feel safe, soothed and supported.

This is slow, collaborative work. We move at the pace of your nervous system, not by forcing catharsis or pushing past your comfort. Together, we track what feels grounding, what brings relief, and what helps you reconnect with your body’s cues, needs and boundaries.

Each session is tailored to you and may include conversation, grounding, breath awareness, co-regulation, guided touch, supported rest, and space to notice what your body is communicating in real time.

Clients often come to this work when they’re navigating stress, burnout, chronic overwhelm, touch deprivation, emotional exhaustion, grief, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. They leave feeling calmer, more settled, more present in their body, and clearer on what support actually nourishes them.

This is not massage, therapy, or a sexual service. It is a professional, consent-led somatic experience that uses as safe as possible, attuned touch as a pathway into regulation, connection and repair.
