The Antidote is a 3-night transformational retreat: a deep dive into intimacy, touch, and self expression for overgiving queer people and women.

In a world that numbs us with speed and disconnection, The Antidote invites you to slow down, soften, and remember your aliveness. This immersive experience blends self-pleasure rituals, somatic practices, guided touch explorations, sensual massage, creativity, and ceremony—giving you space to return to yourself while being held in nourishing queer community.

The Antidote is the extended retreat version of Tender Core’s Touch Portal series—taking the foundations of touch, presence, and intimacy into a spacious container surrounded by nature, ritual, and play.

    The Antidote is a 3 night / 4 day immersive retreat created as a balm for the disconnection so many of us carry. Set in the lush bushland of Venus Bay, this experience invites you to soften into intimacy, expand your capacity for pleasure, and explore authentic self-expression in community.

    This retreat is for those who feel the call to keep opening —whether that means accessing more creativity, love, and play, or breaking through the beliefs that keep you small. It’s for anyone craving to be truly seen, held, and celebrated in their wholeness.

    Over our days together, we’ll weave practices of movement, yoga, meditation, and breathwork with self-pleasure rituals, embodiment journeys, and sensual massage workshops.

    You’ll be guided through experiences of touch exchange, cuddle puddles, intentional tea ceremony, and fire gatherings. There will also be spacious moments for integration—sharing meals, resting in nature, and sinking into beach time.

    FLINTA FOCUSED RETREAT

    FLINTA is an acronym used in German-speaking queer and feminist communities.
    It stands for:

    • Frauen – women (femmes)

    • Lesben – lesbians

    • Inter – intersex people

    • Nicht-binäre – non-binary people

    • Trans – trans people

    • Agender – agender people

    It’s basically a political term that names and centers people who experience gender-based oppression in patriarchal societies, while explicitly excluding cis men.

    The term came out of activism and safer space organising — especially in queer/feminist, anti-capitalist, and intersectional contexts — to create clarity about who an event or group is for. Using FLINTA-only signals that the space is designed for people targeted by sexism and patriarchal violence, with the intention of building solidarity, safety, and autonomy.

  • What to Expect

    Across four days, we’ll move through a carefully held arc of intimacy, trust, and expression. Expect a mix of:

  • The Touch Portal is a large scale event hosting 40 Femmes & Themes. 5 hour event. Its a social event, with a consent and boundaries workshop at the begining and the rest of the time is not guided but an exploration of pleasure in the space.

    The Antidote is retreat, out in nature, a 6 person transformational experience. It is fully guided by Quinn and her Tender Core Team. It goes for multiple days back to back and offers participants much more intimate time with Quinn. Those how dive into this experience will gain an abundant amount of precious time and knowledge from Quinn, a pleasure artist and relationship and intimacy coach.
