A 3-Month Intimacy & Embodiment Mentorship with Han Marko

This is a deeply personalised 1:1 mentorship designed to support you in reconnecting with your body, your needs, and your capacity for authentic connection.

This work is non-sexual, while still honouring the role of touch, presence, and embodied experience. It weaves together somatic practices, conversation, and guided exploration — held both online and in person — to support real, sustainable change.

This is not a one-size-fits-all program.

Together, we focus on moving you out of patterns of over-giving, disconnection, or performance — and into a way of relating that feels grounded, honest, and deeply nourishing.
